Tighten down the screws/bolts and deaden the shit out of it.

For the reflector on the trunk lid a fresh gasket from black silicone helped, but I also had to add a bit of 1/8" closed cell foam as an additional gasket. My car is a 2001 SL2. The car is treated extensively, not as much as I have planned, but I think no matter what you do this car is going to rattle.
