Well I'm probably gettin a new car from my Uncle, he can hook me up with a 00 Crown Vic Police Interceptor for almost nothing so I think I'm gonna get one. I have about $1250 that I have to spend on subs. I just have no idea what to get if I get this car, I'd apreciate it if some of you guys could gimmie some ideas. The Police Interceptors already have high output alternators for the extra lights they have on the cars and stuff so I don't think any electrical upgrades are neccesary. I was thinking about an XXX 15 or something but I'm just not sure at all.

Arent those the cars with the death trap trunks? //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif

My car is the same way. I have a lincoln town car, and the seats are very thick, and dont fold back, but I manage to get tons of bass up front. And now more then ever, since I ditched my 6*9s in the back to let air come through. I just run a comp set up front with 200watts on each 5.25 //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif. Works great, and you should consider doing it as well.

When I've driven Crown Vics before, I remember there being enough space in the kickpanel to hide a small child. That ought to be enough room for some massive drivers up front...maybe enough that you won't need to worry about a lot of bass getting in from the trunk.

you should just port the box straight up to the rear deck should move some serious sound and air, also if you go wit custom kick panels wit some 8" speakers and components would be great. that car is going to be fun to put a system in because there is so much space and so many areas to put speakers in
