lpf kicker

The low pass filter on my amp basically goes from i think 35-250, but has no marking of what its set at other than the lowest and highest. It has no marking of what the frequency is in the middle, just 35 at the lowest, and 250 at the highest. How would i go about setting it at 100hz? Thanks
