1000watt amp

Looking to power an Alpine R-W12D4 wired to 2ohm in a 2.25net ported enclosure tuned to 33hz. The sub is rated at 750RMS but with the peak being 2250watts, and Alpine being known to limit their power and enclosure sizes I think 1000watts is safe as long as I'm not on full knob for a whole drive...
