It is odd that I keep seeing people of color getting off from violent crimes including murder claiming they are unfit to stand trial. Keep their names in a list close to you and when the next election comes, see if they were competent enough to vote Democrat.

Yes, that is a prediction.

WTF. So glad to see Bass and Newsom are doing such a killer job. Now that the Palisades is burned down and not going to be rebuilt, I can only imagine this will get worse.

Same pattern occurring in Colorado. Are "they" trying to say a certain demographic of people are just completely incompetent and therefore cannot be held responsible for their behavior??? That seems to be the message.

Interesting, the article didn't mention the judge's name. I assume we'll be seeing more of that in the future. Judge is a Newsom appointee. Surprise, Surprise.
