From the pictures I've seen it looks like you should be able to separate the tweeter wiring from the speaker's main terminals.

Yeah I can not see the Tweeter wires on this speaker
Have you connected them? The woofer wires may have the full range signal. If not, you can add Boss Audio TW12 tweeters which are sold in Autozone. They play very wide.

I connected one of the speakers it did not have any bass the car I am installing the speakers in has a monsoon amplifier
So the wires that are for the woofer only have midrange? Are there dedicated woofers elsewhere?
