    RCA cables make a difference?

I have some cheap RCA cables from Advance Auto... do these really make a difference in quality from my amp? If so, at what point does it make a difference?

Can I bridge these without issues?

I bought a used Rockford Fosgate 801s and a pair of 12" Pioneer TS-W301R. The amp is 200 watts RMS x 2 at 4 ohms, 400 watts RMS x 2 at 2 ohms OR 800 watts RMS x 1 bridged output at 4 ohms. Subs are 4 ohm 150rms 800w peak. Can I run my subs in a series to get the two 4 ohm bridged in to 2 ohm for...

    Bridged vs 2 channel?

Would I get the most power from a regular setup? Series? Parallel? Can my equipment handle the setups?

    Bridged vs 2 channel?

I am VERY new to all this. I was able to set up the wiring without issue. Started off with a cheap Dual Sub and Amp. Just trying to learn a little more. I am assuming because the subs peak power is 800w that bridging them would offer more peak power over the 2-channel pushing out 200w x2 @...

    Bridged vs 2 channel?

I also have 2 boxes. Not sure which one is better. I have a ported box; Q-Logic For Dual 12 Inch Woofers Double Driver Bandpass Enclosure - and a sealed box which is just a standard design I guess. The Q Logic one is stock out of a store and not designed for any particular setup.

    Bridged vs 2 channel?

It's a Rockford Fosgate Punch 801s. It's not manufactured anymore. I have 2 different sets of 12" subs. My Alpine Type-E's are single coil. The ones I have in the car are Pioneer's. I can't figure out what type they are without actually opening the box up which will be a pain. I can do it later...

    Bridged vs 2 channel?

Bridged Into A 4-Ohm Load: 800 watts x 1 Per Channel Into A 2-Ohm Load: 400 watts x 2 Per Channel Into A 4-Ohm Load: 200 watts x 2 That's what my amp says. I have 2 12" subs. Does this mean I would get more power bridging the two subs in to one of the channels?

Just bought 2 subs and a box... help please?

I fully agree. Although it was bought as it is from a store. All I need to know is if the backside of the sub goes IN the enclosure or OUT? I am not looking for anything professional right now. Income tax I will be getting a system professionally installed.

Just bought 2 subs and a box... help please?

So, just need to ask... this is a ported box. The setup looks a little off to me but I'm no expert. The back of the subs are in the port, the front are in the enclosure. Is this right? I assumed the enclosure was where the bass reverberated.

    Little help please :)

I am fairly new to car audio. I installed a Dual Amp and Subwoofer myself without any trouble. I know nothing about the specifics behind all of this. I figured since the sub and amp were the only two being sold there it would be compatible. I upgraded my subs to 2 12" Alpine Type-E's. I just...
