OK i found the problem, it was the dang remote wire that was wired to the wrong freakin place. O well my system is finnaly complete, and the 10w7 is HEETIN!Thanks for you ideas though guys.

Thanks a lot guys, my power and ground is 4 guage, and all the guages on the amp are at the lowest settings. The amp stays on. I think I do have to run it straight to the battery. This was my first instal on my own so I assumed I would run into some sort of problem =). Thanks guys

Awww, I hope its not the amp, that would really **** bad. What could be the problem with the amp? What was the problem with yours???

I checked the ground wiring, all looks good. I also took good guys and asked them, they said that I may have to run the power wire directly to the battery instead of under the foot pannel. Ill check the dang ground again lol.

I have a Kvt-911 kenwood deck, and I would be really pissed if it was the head unit. I am pretty sure that the wiring is all held down tightly. Its just when I turn the volume up I can tell that the sub is skipping beats that are there at lower volumes. Keep comming with the ideas please...

I used all the recomended wiring givin by JL audio. 4gauge wiring. Mabye its the 10guage wiring from my amp to sub, but I used to have 16guage and it was doing the same thing. Pretty sure its not the merchendice, everything is new.
