So if 1 ohm amps are cheap what should i get? i saw that earlier someone mentioned the hifonics brutus but their are 5 of them on their website? so what is the difference and also i noticed you all suggested 1500rms and none of the specs on the website say 1500 rms, so im jsut a little confused...

Depending on the price of the amp i can afford two, but i might want to buy an amp that can support two even if i only get one for the present, that way i can always add another sub later right? So for two what would you suggest?

So it seems you and timmy both suggest the d4 over the d2, am i correct? So atleast i am making some ground there. But now should i get one or two? I feel like i want 2 because it will be louder. I'm assuming whether i get 1 or 2 will effect which amp i get correct?

So i did a very little bit of research and as it turns out, the Obsidian are like 60 bucks cheaper, this is good for me because I'm on a budget but is it going to give me drastically worse results than the sundown? Also i looked into this whole thing a bit and i could find a lot of stuff online...

i'll look into obsidan audio, any advice on specific subs to look at from them? i really don't know much about this stuff but am trying to learn.
