I tried to contact Massive directly considering my local Massive dealer doesn't deal them anymore. I still have yet to receive a reply. Then again their website doesn't exactly seem like they keep track of it. I need a way to get a hold of them so I can just buy the driver, since I heavily doubt...

Haven't been on here in a while, so bare with me. I installed a pair of Massive CK6X's yesterday, currently running on head-unit power (Parrot Asteroid single din). I didn't run it to the point of any detectible distortion, so I don't think I would have blown it by sending a clipped signal...

those pioneers are nice man, Hunt around for them. Also keep an eye out for Morel Maximos, they have raised in price quite a bit over the last year, but they will randomly go on sale on Amazon for like 80 bucks, and they are seriously my favorite comps so far. I bought the pioneers for the same...

yeah exactly like he said, if you're looking for true SQ, that amp isn't going to do it. If you want REALLY good and technical SQ info I would highly suggest checking out the DIYMA forums, most people here aren't too educated with the SQ side of things.

If you don't mind me making a suggestion, I highly suggest you build a properly designed ported box. In my experience with sealed, it doesn't quite hit the low end the way I would like it. Also, are you open to buying used or only new?
