Can i still hook up and try it? Even if it is leaking

I just bought a farad cap on ebay and it seems to be leaking a bit from the top. Can i still use it if i mount it upright or am i in danger of really tearing something up using it?

How can I measure my DB?

I have 2 10"HE2 subs and they are 400rms and 800 peak. Got them brand new off of ebay for about 90 bucks a piece. Just installed them in a custom box I made. I have a JBL 600.1 pushing them. OMG they hit lol!

Specs on the box i am building calls for 2 3"x13.25" ports any suggestions on websites that sell this size?

K I think I will get a jbl 1200.1 or 600.1 but how do I wire these to these two subs the subs are 400RMS subs and they are 4 ohm DVC subs. LOL can some gimme a wire diagram I am a really new to this and I don't wanna blow up anything hehe:D
