    Hey thanks 80:D the only thing that i can see that wont work is the 6 in aero port. ( its about 8" to get up through the rear speaker hole) what could we do about that?

    this is a design i would like it to resemble ( just made in sketch up) with the ports going in as far as needed and with as much depth as needed for airspace. the reason for the 2 1/4" extra on the front of the box is for a Sundown saz-3000d to sit flush mounted on the front of the box...

    So this is what im thinking as of right now...... a 6th order bandpass aeroports going through rear deck speaker holes (little 3in tube i cut for example on the right side) with the width and height of the current box in there. 38"W x 14"H x whatever depth needed for optimal volume.     my max dimensions are 38"W x 14"H x 16"D (subtract from depth to decrease volume) you think i could get away with a 6th order? aeroports going up to where both rear speakers use to be, one passanger side and one driver side rear deck.
