Got the speaker wire (12 guage street wire) Power and Ground hooked up. 4guage street wire. (tried to run them as secretivly as I could have, no wires are visible, all hidden) Getting the box put in and the subs hooked up tonight. Video soon.

All I can wire two subs with it, and it makes them pound. And it pushes more than 500 to each one.

Well, I was debating to get a 1500 watt amp or just stick with mine. But I think some people would actually consider the T1000-1bd a 2000watt amp. It doesnt push 2000 to one sub, but it can push 1000 watts at both channels. (at 1 ohm) Im planning on running my woofers at 2 ohms and pushing 750...

Yeah 8500's sound really good. I considered getting the square series but the 8500 series are gonna sound just fine. My 7500's pounded.

Got the first layers of paint on the box. Looking good so far. Hopefulyl dropping the subs in tomorow night and having a test vid.

Im not much to talk about power loss, but ive had 2 very bad experiences with crunch amps.

Hey Guys. So my Buddy has a rockford fosgate p3 15 inch sub. The sub doesnt really seem to be hitting the lows and we tried multiple amps. Has anybody had any experience with this sub? I have a rockford t1000-1bd in my room that works good as new, I might hook that up to it and see how it...

Got the primer on. It really helped seal anything that I missed. All of the inside edges are caulked and sealed. Need to do some final sanding prep with some 180 grit before putting the black over the top. Probably just going to go Satan Black paint.

Good build. Im a fan of Tite Bond as well. fantastic wood glue. For sealing and bonding the inside edges i recomend Power Grab construction adhesive. It is really good stuff. (have some pics on my build page)

Got the specs from MTX and Obcon that matched my woofer and my box chamber volume and decided to go with the labyrinth venting design.

Couple more build pics, put the terminals in, cut the circles out, and vent hole (no pic) and began sealing the edges with construction adhesive.
