    truckcap22 = great buyer.

This guys is also a great sell. He went above and beyond with the sell. The speaker came from the post office damage and he refuned the money with no questions ask. This was a life saver because I was working on a project that needed to be completed asap. He even provided the information for...

SOLD 6.5 rsd mids with crossovers

I am the buyer and I have to say that as soon as truckcap realized that I received the speakers in this condition, he went above and beyond in helping me getting this issue resolved. Not only did he get me all the information I needed to make the insurance claim, he even agreed to a refund even...

Am I out of luck with my car door?

The problem is there is no where to actually mount the MDF rings except to that plastic thing which is realy flimsy around where the speaker would be located.

Am I out of luck with my car door?

My car has horrible doors for putting speakers in. I was wondering if there was any way to put some a 6.5 midbass in this door without it sounding like crap? Panel Off - That just one big plastic piece bolted in multiple places. Panel On

    Can this amp be bandpassed?

Precision Power PPI S580.4 From the pictures of the back of the amp it seems like channels 3/4 can be bandpassed. I want to run channels 1/2 at 400hz+ and run channels 3/4 between ~50hz - 400hz. Is it possible with this amp and no h/u controls?

    Anything wrong with this setup?

I am new to this car audio thing and just wanted someone to look over my proposed setup to see if anything is wrong or out of place with it from a technical standpoint. I think I might need a different amp because I don't think the MB DSC 4125 can do a 350 L/P. But other than that, is...

    300 RMS Subwoofer

Size is main factor, but the simplicity of a sealed box and arguably better sq is what I prefer. I care much more about accuracy than how loud they can get, because either be will more than loud enough for me.

    300 RMS Subwoofer

Those Boston Acoustics g310-4 ohm are dual coil 4 ohms, correct. My amp will be a bridge 300w rms @ 4 ohms. Will I be able to run these things at 4 ohms at all? edit: nvm, it seems like the description was wrong for the Boston Acoustics G310-4, the guy listed the Boston Acoustics G310-44 specs.

    300 RMS Subwoofer

Those 12in dcons does look pretty nice. I have no tools are experience building boxes as easy as it may be, so I still need a box. Would something like Custom Enclosures MDFS12 - 12" Sealed Subwoofer Enclosures - Sonic Electronix work? It's volume is 1.2 cubic ft just like ssa recommends for...

    300 RMS Subwoofer

If I am going to run this off of a amp that is 300rms bridged @ 4 ohms, I would need a Dual 2 ohm sub correct?

    300 RMS Subwoofer

I'm not planning on buying the subs until about a month or so from now. Just want to do some research and get suggestions ahead of time.

    300 RMS Subwoofer

I'm looking for a good 300 RMS subwoofer for $100-$150(Closer to $100 is preferred.) I value SQ over SPL and I would need one that is already in a box. I own a 2000 Chevrolet Malibu if that matters at all.
