When I got my big 3 done from an audio shop they connected: 1) alt to battery positive 2) negative battery to chassis of car but on the third wiring of the big three they connected engine block to chassis, isn't it supposed to be engine block to battery negative? does it make a difference...

so what do you recommend i do ? If they re-wind the alt then they said it will loss(lower amp then stock at idle) but when at higher RPM it will increase.

i have an A12001DJ its a Mono D amp(audiobahn), and i also have two ALUM12J rated at 1000RMS each and are also audiobahn. My questions is, is this amp strong enough to push these subs to the limit? or fairly close to the limit? thanks in advance

what kind of battery do you recommend?? a yellow cap or power cell since caps are junk? and if its a yellow cap what kind of yellow cap should i go for ?
