I am having an issue where the Subwoofer doesn't kick in until volume on the Kenwood is around 20-22. Not sure what setting I am missing that can fix this. I included the pdf download for the radio to see if anybody sees something I missed. Amp is an Alpine MRP650...

Unfortunately I got around $150 in the PP account.Maybe I could find one used.Looks like my box would be a little bigger than the specs the sub shows for sealed. How would that effect anything?
