so just talked to a crutchfield techy and he said that he reccommends the Rockford Fosgate P400-2 and "bridge" it. which im assuming means basically use two channels on the one sub? thoughts?

i havent been buying off crutchfield i just use it for their reviews and specifications

someone suggested this amp Kenwood KAC-9105D Mono subwoofer amplifier — 900 watts RMS x 1 at 2 ohms at Crutchfield.com to power just the one sub. its got good reviews. any ideas?

Im hoping to power my 2 components (dont have rear speakers, its a miata) and the sub... but is it even worth it to power the components? Im hoping I dont have to get more than one speaker.

Looking for a real high quality subwoofer. seeing as how i have a little miata i dont have any need for 2 so im just getting one real good one. I've been looking into the Alpine swr and that 13.5" JL audio one. In no rush to buy just looking for a good deal. Thanks!

does anyone have any ideas as fas as an amp that can power the component speakers (just the front 2) and an 8"in sub? would that be a 3 channel amp?

anyone know anything about the polk db651 speakers? are they alright?
