Ok, I'm trying to hook up an amp wiring kit for my friend in his 94 Civic 4dr. The headunit is a Sony CDX-L410X, who ever put the deck in the car made sure that no theaf was going to get this deck easily. Their are two screws in the back that i CANNOT unscrew, he had to move the wiring harness...

and also its a Dual voice coil and it says 2ohm or 8ohm impedance...could i wire it so its at a 1load ..or is it better to wire it at a 4ohm load? thanx...

how do you tune a box around 33hz? also do you know were i can get a external Subsonic filter because the JBL doens't have one...aslo will i need to get a new batt and alt?

I've heard alot of good reviews about these subs and alot of bad ones too..people keep telling me to go this way and that way, so i cant make up my mind...so would two 12" L7's ina proper box with a JBL 1200.1 amp sound good with a LOT of bass? Im not really into SQ as long as the bass sounds...

Hey im new to this forum, but my question is if this is a good system or not....I want to get two 12" Audiobahn AW1200Q, their 700watt RMS and 1400watt peek, with a JBL 1200.1 amp in a sealed box. Is this a good set up or not worth it? thanx everyone....
