I agree. If you have to put pressure on it, you have a bad connection, cold solder joint, broken solder joint. You may not find it just looking. You may need to poke around inside with something non-metallic to find it. If you don't feel comfortable doing this, then call the manufacturer...

I am leaning towards the Rainbows at this point. I'll probably post something over in the amp section to get more opinions of the Cadence. Any others? Anyway, thanks for all the input!
