use the pulley it came with, despite the minor differences it should work fine as long as the belt tensioner is in working order. It should not slip, if it does contact the company for the correct one with the # grooves you need.
If you're gonna do 4 runs this tells me it's a high power system with extra batts.

if you think it's too big you can always add some large blocks of wood on the inside(fasten them down) to take away air space. if your box is way to big it may sound boomy. You can always start over and make a new box. What kind of sub and power running it?
Thats just plain awesome!!! I drive a Ford and have no such issues but if i hads me a Honda and wanted a ground pounder this seems to be almost a necessary thing to do.
