Installed amp and new sub bypassing factory amp through factory head unit. Sounds great. Only issue is door chime, turn signal, Onstar voice etc are very loud now. Any suggestions to lower those volumes? Thanks

6-800. I was going to keep the Stock head unit because it has all the controls for Onstar, nav, rear camera etc. so let's assume I will keep the stick HU. Would I be better served investing a little more upfront for sub/amp and add speakers later?

Local shop is pushing the Kicker Comp RT 10" as a great option for sub. They say it sounds like a 12 because of the design but will take up less space. I'm not concerned with space. I'm hoping to get opinions on this or any other sub recommendations. Thanks

Local audio shop is offering me the Axerra amp saying it's not well know but is a high quality unit that will save me money but do a comparable job to the Pioneer I was considering. Any thought guys on the Axerra are appreciated.

Would the sub be powered off the after market amp or the factory amp?
