    15" driver advice

I have been looking for a good long time at getting a new 15" subwoofer driver and i have come to a few options. I am looking at either the SoundQubed HDS215-d2, 315-d2 or the mtx 55 series 15" d2. I have heard nothing but good reviews about soundqubed and that seems to be a good company. I...

Particle board, though not the strongest material in the world, acoustically is better then other woods because of it's hardness. Plywood does not function as well acoustically.

That is a bit out of my budget, and power range. Are the SoundQubed HDS215s good?

Has nobody a single scrap of on topic input? I have made a number of boxes in my life time and none of them couldn't...

It's made with 3/4" partical board and pre-drilled galvonized deck screws, and wood glue to make sure that it is sealed. I am a math guy i calculated the airspace of the box and the size and depth of it's ports, accounting for osculation, as to project the most possible sound at 50hz. And...

Looking to replace my old 15"...

I am on a budget and would like to replace my 15" subwoofer. I have a cheap boss cx15 svc. It is good for $45. For something new i would like to stay under $150. I only need a driver. I was looking at the Hifonics brutas 15", the mtx rts15", and the sundown audio E-15D2. I know that the people...
