i like the way it sounds now i am happy with it, all i want to know is how you determin the hz you set it at.

thats what i have it set at someone else told me to set it there also, im just wondering how everyone comes up with the number 80 what determines it.

memphis ams IMO have a very distorted sound more than any other amp I have ever used. I just have a small G1300 jl now an its one of the best i have ever had

that is the first time that i have ever heard somone say not to port it. I had a type r in a sealed box then went ported with it and it was like a whole nother speaker.

Yesh you are def right about the price here locally I can get the x about a hundred bucks cheaper than i can the 7

Does anyone out there know how smoothly putting an LS1 in an S-10 will go. is there anything special required. I have the wiring harness, do i need to fab motormounts and transmission mounts. also going to put the 6 speed manual in as well.

I am wanting to put a 10" sub in my truck...which speaker would be the better one to go with? 10" JL W7 or 10" Alpine Type x...just based on numbers the type x can handle alot more.

how much cash you want for it then?

I will trade you a 10" Alpine Type r for it, well worth it type r slams hard
