means the electronic serial number has been blacklisted(banned) by Verizon on their own network.(so you cant steal phones, insurance fraud, etc) it will work with other compatible carriers.

possible but i believe it was a lot due to a family plan with multiple phones associated with it

comes with phone, battery, battery cover, usb cable, wallcharger, 8gb microsd. phone has a bad esn with Verizon.(friend gave me the phone for work on his computer after he left Verizon with an unpayed bill. I use it as a expensive ipod touch with wifi. or phone parts.) BAD ESN with Verizon...
