I think the ground was loose. I set the amp on top of the ground point (underneath the carpet) this morning before I drove to work and it didn't shut off. That must of been the issue.

That could be true, but I grounded it like I did in the other vehicles, sanded off the excess paint and grounded it to bare metal. I will have to double check to make sure it's on there good because I would much rather be running 2000+ watts to the Atomic sub than wiring it to 1.4ohm and getting...

I was thinking around 300. Which is low but there is a good deal on the VVXs on CACO. I could probably stretch it more if I could get rid of the TNTs.

I'd love to but I'd like to keep the price a little lower than that. Plus I would probably have to build another box because those would take up quite a bit more space which would probably tune the box to a higher frequency (if I'm thinking about it correctly).
