the bass part is not my main consern i have a few options for that. im going for sq and thats whats important to me. i think the memphis amp wil be my best bet for what i want and my new cdt mids seem a little underpowered. thanks for all the help guys.

i think cdt makes a good slim line 6.5 that should work in your doors. as for an amp look in to the memphis s class or the m class there both small.

hey guys i need a new set of mids. i have 1 blown mid in my front comp set and need some 6.5 woffers. ill spend around 150 for a set. i was going to get a set of cdt es600's that a friend of mine sells but most of what i read say they lack uper detail and in the uper range so im not geting...

that amp would sound good for what your trying to do. i had that same amp with 4 memphis m class 6 3/4 coaxials and it sounded really good. that untill i got deaf and needed a louder system.

just get a cleansweep, a 5 channel amp, front comp set and rear coaxials. look at the crutchfield site they have a write up on a truck they did thats close to yours.

well i honestly dont think i blew them from cliping them or over powering them and i also dont think its both mids just the right mid. like my first post says i think the mid got wet from wasing my car them i probly listened to the stereo wile it was wet and that what made it blow. ans its not...

ok so how would you like me to set them? i have always set my gain based on what sounds good and would just lower the gains if the speakers sounded over powered or sounded stressed. i havent had a problem till now with useing that method but i gess shit happens.
