Actually I did get one for xmas but have yet to try it out. I dont do much in the winter.

Thats the same stuff I use, the spray grade. I have tried spraying it through one of my old guns and it works but cloggs real easy. I checked harbor freight and the have some nice cheap guns but all the tips are less than .5mm. It looks like a couple of their $25.00 guns have extra tip kit...

Do you shoot Weldwood through it, or what adhesive do you use?

A good tip here is no matter what tool you use, be it a router, jigsaw, rotozip or whatever, make sure that you buy carbide bits & blades. MDF will kill non carbide tools right now. I use a router and a jigsaw to cut perfect circles. You can make a jig for free out of a pice of scrap MFD...

Ya that.....ya think? The other thought is something from some kind of factory system, but I have never seen anything that looks like that in any JBL system. All those mounting holes are kinda weird, never seen that on a car amp before, even a factory unit.
