just wanted to know if i hook my amp up @ 1ohm does it make a diffrence what +or- i hook it up to besides 1 on each side thanx?

quik question i have a viper 1200 hooked up to 2 12"sl5 @ 1ohm, the connection for the + and - requires a special hookup when i hooked it up it was small so i kinda forced it in so just wondering if the rings touch each other would it bridge the ohms diffrent, its been runnin good but gets hot...

I love my viper

my amp played two days ago all day with one fuse blown as long as i didnt turn it past 25,viper 1200

yes it would work at low volumes but would end up blowing the other one at high volumes

my amp did the same thing so i took all 3 fuses out and replaced them never had a problem after, u should try that.

I have a huge box in my trunk and the ports and subs are like 2" close to the back of the trunk,is that enough space or should i fire towards the cabin? thanx
