i was going to buy JL and have loved JL for some time then, just recently I wanted a trusted amp and so many people said f the JL and buy a sundown.... i never looked back!! I dont know about the others but if you buy a sundown you wont be dissapointed!!

GAHHH didnt know they were 3 ohms..... I too am waiting on the JLs but in the meantime I have a Kicker 12 CVT and so far not soo bad.... not as clean as the JLs should be as they are know for nice clean bass.... I have to find out for sure that they are 3 ohms... and if my amp will run one well...

I have this HU and havent had that problem at all.... I have had my I-pod crash on occasion when removing it from the connector. I bet its something simple and that youre just overlooking it... Alpine is usually on top of their game when a product of theirs ships out.... let us know what...
