If this helps anyone: It was a fuse coming from the main cable from the battery. It wasn't completely blow, but slightly deformed and I guess when the power was turned up, it would create static and problems. Changed it and it now works fine.

It was a bad inline fuse which wasn't blown but slightly bend. I guess all that power over time. Replaced it and everything so far is great.

Would bad RCA cables cause a bad signal at higher volumes like that? I might have to switch out the RCA for the subwoofer amp and see if that helps, if not. Its got to be 99.9% the amp.
