I listen to a lot of hip hop and rap, what would be the ideal tuning frequency. And what is the range in frequency's really mean? such as 27 hz and 34 hz.

so is there an application that i can find online which I can design a box by telling it the specs of the sub, the tuning freq, and the shape of the box? I tried using winisd pro and I wasnt sure what the graph it drew really ment.
