I have about 6-6.5 inches of mounting depth from what I have been seeing. I have seen some custom boxes that have a bit more.

From looking at most of the boxes about 6-6.5 inches mounting depth. I am willing to go custom to get what I would like in sound and fit.

I dont have anyother space other than what the box will take up. I have to transport equipment and it cant og in the bed so I have to lift seat and slide it in.

Is it better to split the woofers into there own space or have them in a single 1.5 enclosure?

From what yall are saying I am thinking 2 ported sa8v2 should give me a good amount of quality sound. Looking at the stats for the 8 (0.5-0.75 ft^3 @ 35hz) what differnce in sound quality and volume will the .25 difference make?

Thank Adulbrich the way you described it makes sense. So based off of what you said the 2xsa8 will have more movement and sound louder then a single sa10, but the 10 will be able to deliver a lower audible sound?
