You know what? Scratch that, I'm going to stick with my current sub. But onto my next question, who can I contact in regards to building a box for me? I have the plans, have had them for almost a year I just don't have the time/skills/tools required to build it.

    New Sub Time? Maybe

I currently have one 12" Diamond D6 off an alpine mrd.605. I drive a 93 plymouth laser, same body style as the eagle talons/eclipses of the same year. I mean I enjoy the quality of this sub immensely, it's nice but not as loud as I want always. I was wondering what some suggesitions are on a new...

Changing box, sealed or ported? plus ? about tuning

So right now I have some prefab ported box my friend gave me. But what it lacks is it fails to hit low notes very well and sometimes the bass gets very sloppy. The box is a subzone box and someone told me it was tuned to 38hz or so. I have plans for a ported 32hz box but I also thought about...

    Stupid Installers, whats next?

Well I gotta say I thought my system sounded good, but then I read something on here about incorrect sub wiring. So I decided to take out the sub and look at the wiring, it was set to 8 ohms . So I set it to 2 and it sounds so much better. The sub actually moves now. But my headlights dim too...

    Project "Headunit in the house"

Pics have been delayed, my friend lost the cable for his camera. But anyways the Headunit has been powered up sucessfully. Question 2, could I run this headunit with a plateamp? Would that work for a subwoofer? Box construction should begin shortly.
