Ok, what would the fuse size need to be for 1/0?

I have a CT Sounds AT 1400.1d, What is the correct size wire and fuse for this amp? The manual says 4 gauge wire and 90 amp fuse, this seems a little small for this amp.

Why do most use a fuse and not a circuit breaker? I found some on Amazon that look like it would be a better option.
