the hu isn't connected to the stock amp though is it? just the rca's go from the hu directly to the amp

The RCA's are from the hu, and the speaker wires are from the stock amp which is from the speakers..and yes they are both hooked up to the Amp. Putting it up around 120 seems to help, but I still pick up mids through the subs

I'm using a Alpine PDX 4.100 for speakers...I just rerouted from the stock amp to the new amp, I realize running new wires to all the speakers is the way to go though. God, taking the car apart again.

Kenwood knows of the album art lag, it happens with any album art, even off of a Thumb drive. They say they are trying to fix it, and issue an update. To avoid the lag, just sync your ipod with no album art. This eliminates the lag.

Can anyone that has this comment on the ipod playback, does it lag on every song waiting for the album art to play? I want this over the 8120, but ipod is the only way I play music.
