    Moisture Inside Door Pannels

I've had to buy a replacement speaker before (from Massive Audio) so hopefully Polk will let you do the same. I have my crossovers back by my amps and I kinda rigged my speakers. I bought the foam surround (anyone off amazon), cut it in half, and mounted them so that it would cover the top...

    What wiring do I need?

4ga would give you room tp upgrade but 8ga is fine for what you're running now.

One of a kind USB drive for BASS HEADS **PRE-ORDER**

Earlier in the thread someone said you had music that you could put on these drives. Do you have any samples or anything to preview the music? I may hit you up for the 16GB version in a little while.

    Anything else I need?

Adding to this. Get a 1/0 amp kit -> distro block (1/0 in 2 4g out) -> 4g to individual amps 1/0 Ground wire -> distro block (1/0 in 2 4g out) -> 4g to individual amps If you have the room you can have each amp grounded individually instead of going to a distro block. I have a...

    The Truth

Pioneer, Kenwood, and Alpine all make pretty good DD HU's. I have a Pioneer and I love it. I had an Alpine CDA-9886 but sold it before I knew how good it was. Post up what you're thinking and people will let you know.

thru bolting speaker wires on the box... ?

It probably works the best but it looks like ***. Because of the looks, many people frown. I've ran speaker wire straight through the box, through a hole, and then sealed it with silicone without issue.

What do you guys think about voltmeters?

I've never used it but I wouldn't put it into the cigarette lighter. Direct wire to your amp/s and you'll be happy. I don't think i'd pay $80 for a voltmeter when I can find meters for $10 or less.

A lot of people have good luck with the meters off ebay.

    First Build, Need Help!

Hit up the classifieds on here for a good amp. You can't go wrong with sundown, dc, or dd. There are many good brands and it really depends on what you want. If you want a little overhead, most people do so they can upgrade at a later point, you may want to look at amps a little more powerful...

    First Build, Need Help!

7" will be fine for the sub. I had a dd 1008 that had a mounting depth of 4.5" and my box was a wedge that only allowed for 5" mounting depth and it was fine. I ran it for almost a year and never had issues.
