Nevermind. I just called the technical support line, and they agreed to swap out the product for me. Of course, they said they've never had a problem with the product before...go figure. -_- Thanks for your help, guys.

Alright, I tried the reset button, and all it did was succeeded in making the working speakers louder. Are there any other options, or do I have to get a new HU?

It's an Insignia HU from BestBuy. If it was a bad head unit, would it have worked for the first few weeks? I don't know much about it. I toyed with the idea that it might be the read laser alignment, but I'm not sure how to double check on that.

I'm having some problems with my HU/Speakers, and I was told to try re-grounding the HU chasis to my floor pan. I have absolutely no clue how to do this properly. Anyone know a website where I can find this information, or can anyone walk me through it? Thanks!
