Thanks guys for all the tips. I'm running 8 gauge wire and had a 100 amp fuse and that blew out first. Then went to 60 cause that's all they sold at pep boys. I don't have pictures but the wire to the fuse box going to the battery melted in half. So you guys saying bigger wire and fuse?

So I recently purchased and installed 2 sundown audio sa8 v2s with a sundown audio sae1000d. The problem I have now is that when I play the music really loud for more then 15 minutes the 60 amp fuse I have to the battery keeps blowing out!! I have a 2 farad cap as well. Everything is good until...

Oh ok. So it's a 2ohm so how do I pull 1ohm from it?

So just purchased a pair of sa8 v2 d4s with a sae 1000d amp. How do I wire everything to run stable at 1ohm? Please help. Thanks
