like the title says lookin for a great amp that puts out at least 1500 watts at 1 ohm. have a almost new kicker 1500.1 to trade. its perfect just need a 1 ohm table amp for the new set-up. if the price is right i can buy as well

with that minimal of space i would prob run two subs in a ported but if you do the three i would def do sealed. As for the 2 bringing it back to 1 ohm. you need to check and see if you amp is 1ohm stable?

wow, i started a drama thread but as for mechanical noise. i can vouch that it happens. a good friend of mine had 2 l7s that were made in a custom box where the center console used to be and they were inverted and had a good bit of motor noise untill you got over 3 ft away. and he turned them...

well these will be in a sealed box, and as for mechanical noise, i shouldnt hear any because it will be in the back of a suv at least 8 ft fom my ear lol and thanks for all the input!

i am about to install 3 kicker cvx 12s and i was wondering what everyone thought of inverted subs, do you believe they perform as well, or are as efficiant as a non inverted sub?

I should have enough space to make your design 3 have over 6 cubic ft. N I had first thought bout doin sealed but everyonoe said sealed would sound much better. With 44 in width I could prob invert all three subs if I needed and do tv corners 26 in deep and the. Center like 20 in deep. Would...

I would actually rather it be inverted if it won't hurt sound performance. N the center doesn't haft be as deep as my sketch shows. I'm open to change as long as of performs great and looks good also

i just really didnt want to put the subs facing upwards because wehn i put long stuff in, snowboard etc... it would sit on top of the box. and if the subs are there i couldnt do that. if you want to help me come up with a functional box that will use the same cubic ft etc and look good as well i...

i just dont understand y if two boxes are the same cubic ft and have the same port systme y it would sound better if the speakers were on the top or front? because i wanted to be able to stack stuff on the top of the box if needed
