    I purchased two of these Infinity woofers, as they were inexpensive ($90 each) and still looked like some high quality subs. Infinity recomends 1.25 ft^3 sealed w/ a little poly fill for this sub, however I didn't have a box for two subs of this size, but I did have one thats about 1.45 ft^3...

    Mofo 12"

    I have heard the Fubr's....not much SQ, but for SPL they're not bad for the money.....if you can feed them a good dose of wattage. Ported is best for SPL. THERE ARE MUCH BETTER SUBS THOUGH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Sleep on it.

    Be nice to Audiobahns, they can't help their mad SPL power. If you do want spl, go for the new Pioneer Premier SPL 12 incher, these things are relentless in slot ported boxes. Eclipse makes some nice 12's too. P.

    I one time had a 12" sub that did the same thing, I noticed that where the spider was attached to the cone the adhesive had become brittle and cracked, and when you pushed on the cone, it would make a clicking sound.     Two 12'' Vs. One 15'' Subwoofer

    The first guy got it pretty good. Typically the the two 12's will play louder, because there is more cone area moving air than one 15. It is true that the larger cone can typically play lower frequencys, but in a car it's not noticable enough to make a difference. The two 12's on a good amp...
