I got the HF not the HO and you're right. If I don't like the sound of them in 1 cu ft sealed enclosure then I can always add a port

You are obviously confused about which direction to go. I would recommend that you do more research and learn more about the various subwoofers and how different boxes effect the way they sound. Only then can you make an informed decision. Don't rely on other people to decide for you...

yep...Sealed 1cu ft enclosure per subwoofer it is! This is gonna be pure SQ goodness! NOW all I have to do is decide on a Digital amp under $300 to drive them @ 2 Ohms...

Lowest string on a Bass guitar would be a Low E and that is about 41Hz. Port tuning the driver to 30Hz would still be 11Hz shy of the lowest string. Just curious, are you basing your calculations for a Ported box tuned around 30Hz on the Resonant Frequency (Fs) 26.2 Hz of the driver?
