Ok everything is setup perfect and the amp is getting power. Connect neg on speaker to neg on amp, pos to pos.... turn on my car no sound. All the speakers running of the deck still have sound, just not the woofers from the amp. Tested the speakers on my friends car and they work. Please...

We just finished installing and the light won't turn on indicating that the amplifier is on and working. The power cable is connected, ground is not hooked up... and the system control slot on the amp is hooked up to the blue and white wires (system control) on my cd player which is a pioneer...
