i currently have an alpine mrp-m500. it says it does 500rms at 2 ohms but it actually does 620rms at 2 ohms, my friend is an electrical engineer and he figured out the real power for me. anyways i have 2 12" alpine type-r runnin off it. they are 500rms each. so heres the question should i buy...

25w subs would be extremely weak. mine are 500rms each, so that 4 channel amp you have i think is probably 100rms x 4, so you could get 2 200w rms subs and bridge the amp.
