    Boeing can always bring in non union employees during a strike, a company around here did that during a strike but settled after a 2 weeks when thier production went way down compared to the people that do the task every day.

    Like I said most of the smaller company's that have quick turn around jobs request apprentices because thier lower pay and usually younger and don't mind a day off here and thier and are still learning and thier willing to work with them threw lesrning.

    You can if you want it's up to you when you put your name back on the list you could wait a week a month when ever u want. When I first got in thier was days I was laid off called on my way home and was back out to work for another company the next day.
