I've never had a prefab I'm used to custom boxes. The box I had for my SE's was amazing. Triple baffled, 4.8cubes internal dimensions tuned to 32hz. I know that I'm not getting near the frequency response/loudness out of these woofers - just trying to go a different direction.

Phasing sounds like the perpetrator here Or amplifier settings, or cheap subs, or too large of an enclosure, or the fact that you've never had an exaggerated sub-stage? If that narrows it down at all :P

My bad if this is a repost... but usually there's a fat SBN thread with people tryin to meet up, talkin about events, etc...

you have to calculate all of the imp rise when you're figuring at at what impedance the amp is putting power out at.. the amp see's that load, after the rise so it's actually putting the power out @ 2ohms which is all that matters, not how you wired it.
