    The power wire is straight from the battery, throught the firewall on the passenger (left hand side ) down by the centre console and under the passenger seat. It can't really go anywhere else with out taking round the whole car My car is a Rover Metro (never heard of it?) There is a pic here...

    Ah right, deck has 2 pre-out front and rear, no bass only, so I hocked it up to the rear, would this cause it? The speakers were working fine before, and are ok when the engine is off, just when i turn on the car it starts. It sounds like the arcing noise you get when your HT leads are...

    Ok, I finally got my sub and amo in my car hooked it up set the gains etc etc. Then I started the car, and guess what my rear speakers click/tut/ etc etc. It sounds like they are arcing. Im guessing this is interference from the power wire from my sub. I can't really move the wires further...
