I am not opposed to the subs under the seats. Looks like I get an extra 1" of depth there. Also, 3 10's would be pretty nice! I was looking at the Si subs, but I unfortunately do not have time to wait for the new ones to come out.

Let's start with 5k on hardware and see how far I get lol. Idk why I set a budget... I always go over... lol I like the Audison processor route. In fact, the whole Audison lineup looks attractive.
