stupid yes their is a difference in the sound when wired in different ohms. the L7 will sound better at 2@ohms, the higher the ohms the less the amp works, the lower the ohms the harder the amp works

with the technology going into the new subs, power doesn't mean much anymore, before their was an advantage DVC or SVC, but you know able to have SVC with same power abilities has the DVC, the only disadvantage with the SVC thier is only about 2 different ways to wire it, wire thier is about 4...
