Well im looking for some imput or suggestions on 8" subs now i am currently looking at the bust part is that these need to go in a rather small box about .60 cf before sub... and need to have no more than 4 1/2 mounting depth.... im currently looking at the re rex 8" and dd 8" ... any other...

cool thanks for the advice now the only problem is if i use a 2 inch aeroport it almost triples the required length so that may be to big for my box... im going to be using either the re rex 8" or dd 8".... undecided yet.... what about running 2 1" ports?

so i have a new question... i has a prefabbed box for my tahoe that goes under the second row seat and i want to possibly add a port to each chamber to get some more spl.... now the box is 60 CU.FT the subs i have displace .07 per woofer so brings the total to .53 per chamber now the subs...

oh i guess i better tell you that i dont want to build a baffle or a kickpanel i just want to mounth them in the stock spots... in the front i have a 5.25 and in the rear i have 5.25 in the back.... what would putting some components in that back do to the sound????

well what does installing speakers intail???? i am not super handy with electrical stuff... but if it isnt that hard like crimping 2 wires together then i can handle that... so focal is worth the 175 installed or garbage????

do you guys think taht with that budget i can get the speakers/amp and some sound deadening???? rainbow??? never heard of them...
