    saab 9-3 2003 2.0t

The 9-2x is the only saab that is based on a subaru. That being said why didn't a used wrx make the list? Seems like it would be competative with the other cars. edit: not to mention the turbo'ed 2.0 reacts well to mods

    Bolt-on's for '04 WRX

I've heard form many that the UTEC is mostly for tuners that are planning on more serious upgrading (turbos and such) and that the AP is good for lighter tuning. I have ehard from various wrx owners that the AP has a dramatic effect on the performance of thier ride.

    Bolt-on's for '04 WRX

After doin more resaerch that is probably the direction i will take. except i will, most likely go with the Cobb AccessPORT, instead of the UTEC. Only because I like the ability to simply download maps direct from cobb.

    Bolt-on's for '04 WRX

i thought about a cold-air intake but have heard that it will make the wrx run lean and should not be added until the proper fuel adjustments are made. So i prolly would nto want to get that cold-air intake until afte i get an ecu. How much do turbo timers usually go for, and are they easy to...

    Bolt-on's for '04 WRX

This car will be a daily driver for me and my brother so i am not trying to get tons of boost and mess with the everyday drivability of the car. I was looking at a few piggy-back systems that also have a boost controller in them. But before i do that i will probably get a new uppipe and...

Question about putting a "tube" through an enclosure

why not just have the port line up with the pass-thru? That way you could definitly get the most bass in the cabin without having to deal with all sorts of extra tubes.

    Alpine Type-R's: SEALED or PORTED

i had a 12 type-r a while ago and first had it in a large sealed box that sounded awsome. They hit low and got relativly loud. I then decided to try a ported box and the ouput was greatly increased while sq suffered a little. I had mine tuned to right around 34 hz so if you go with 30 hz it...

    vinyl that looks like leather

I used some stuff like that on my first box, it looked nice but would slide around like crazy if you don't secure it to the trunk somehow. Also, use a heat gun or hiar dryer to slightly heat up the material before strectching it around your box because it will be tons easier to work with.

    fiberglass vs. bandpass

fiberglass can be used to make all types of enclosures, but if you are talking about the difference between a sealed box made of fiberglass and your current box then thats a different story. The bandpass box will create bigger spl numbers over a limited range, but any sealed box, including the...

    Painting interior Krylon Fusion

i jus got done redoing the interior of my xterra. I used the krylon sei-flats with some clears. During this i help my little brother stensil (sp) some things onto his snowboard with that fusion paint. Seemed to work pretty well but it didn't some out the same as the regular primer, sand...

Question: how do I remove the trim panel (I have a '97 Corolla)

yes....but be very careful many panels have been cracked by jus pryin' away with a screwdriver. If u can get your hands on a panel puller that'd be best. if not just slide a flathead screwdriver under the panel and move it along the panel until u hit a clip then pry that one out. after the...
